Central Alberta Orthopedics in conjunction with the David Thompson Health Region, Alberta Bone and Joint Institute and Alberta Health are excited about improving access to hip and knee replacements in our part of the province.

Our comprehensive approach to joint replacement is meant to streamline access and be more efficient in the process, but more importantly to be able to do a better job. Red Deer will be doing an extra 200 total joint replacements over the course of this one year pilot project and we look forward to working with all parties in providing improved quality of life for all of our patients.
